# TOKENOMICS

**Team:** MTKN tokens will be gradually released on a slow vesting schedule of 4 years to ensure the core team's interest is in alignment with the rest of the community: long-term community/game development.
**Advisors:** As we grow and become a bigger community/game, we will need more outside advice from leaders in the industry who've previously scaled big games. These MTKN tokens will be reserved for advisors and board members that join the team later down the road.
**Coliseum Reserves:** This will essentially be our Mighty Minion Coliseum Bank. These funds will be primarily used to continuously support game improvement and development. A portion of this will also act as a reserve to payoff unexpected JACKPOT wins from our community members.
**Marketing:** These funds will be used to market the Mighty Minion Game to continuously grow the user-base. Most of the budget for marketing will be spent after Phase 6.
**Staking:** A majority (38%) of our tokens will be given out to our Mighty Minion NFT holders. This is to ensure that the community/players have the greatest influence over the price of the token. As long as our game succeeds, the price of the MTKNs will steadily rise over time.
**P2E:** We don't believe in creating P2E games solely for the fact of creating a P2E game. We personally view P2E games that are not fun to play as more of a job rather than a "game". Our main focus when developing this game was all about, how can we make this game so fun and exciting that people will play regardless of the P2E aspect. With that being said, our P2E structure will also be AWESOME and there will be tons of ways to earn by playing, hence a fifth of our entire token supply will be awarded to our players.
**Private Sale:** For those of you that are here early, we will be opening up a small private sale at a discounted rate. This is to reward early birds for being early birds haha. The exact price of the Private and Public sale price will be announced soon.
**ISSUANCE SCHEDULE**
MTKN will be gradually issued to the market with a majority of that being from staking rewards. We want most people who own this token to be from within the minion community. Our goal is to prevent price spikes and crashes, but rather have the token gradually appreciate over time with a steady growth of players. We've seen far too many tokens spike up only to crash and completely kill the project. We are not here for a 1 time pump. We are here for the long-run. Therefore, we've crafted a carefully planned out vesting schedule that will ensure steady growth. Below is an outline of our issuance schedule.
This schedule is subject to change for two reasons: price stability and to protect current investors. *For example, if the user base is not growing from our marketing campaigns, we may potentially halt more MTKNs from releasing into the market as that will only drive the price down. For reasons like this, we will carefully monitor the token price/supply as we move forward.*
